what he did is only edited the run walk speed for the COG to be fast, but as for the locoust it is non existant...ill write a tut on it later...

for now youll have to settle with my shotgun tutorial...

but seriously, the GoW creators basically handed us the keys to it. If i had a dump of the game sooner this would have been done a long time ago...They didnt even bother to encrypt the lines in the ini ONE BIT! not ONE! the lines in the ini are as simple as, "groundspeed="

i mean come on, make it any easier and a 7 year old you do it
