Here is my first XRPC Tool. It's very simple so don't bag on it. I know other people have made a million of these things but I'm just doing it for the experience. So if you want to download it here you go.

Sure I can tell you what I know. It's not much, but it'll get you started.

I know why the laser doesn't work
Its a mw3 offset I checked.
For tools in the future you might actually want to use obfuscated or something like that.
But nice tool bro.

People have trouble making simple tools and usually leach the whole tool and change a couple things.
I'd rather that people figure it out than leach it all...
