Solved Finance and Felony DLC Buying a Building question!

I Was just wondering, Cause i been looking around and can't find the answer, But i just went to buy the Maza building & to be honest i don't really like it (Outside view & looks) I Much rather have the one right next to it, So my question is if i go to buy that one will it replace the one i already own? And will i get some money back? Or can you buy them all? Thx
