Solved Fatal crash with BF hardline multiplayer

Hey guys please help me out, every timei tried to play battlefield hardline on multiplayer i got fatal crash. I don't have any problem in the campaign but i haven't been able to test the multiplayer due to this issue, i thought it was infernus an i changed to xbl zone, and i still have the same problem. What could be causing this error?

I believe Hardline comes on two discs for xbox 360. Did you do any sort of mandatory install for the game?

yeah i did, i followed a youtube video, and everything is fine in single player mode. thanks for your help
