fallout nv moding need help

have 60 mods game running fine but the first mission aint that a kick in the head don't complete with all objectives checked now i can't get next quest

You see when i load the game on nvse when i talk to doc usally he would give me or i would get the they went that way quest afterwards but no he just gives my stuff and the quest's checklist and complete but its an active quest and i use fomm and would you like to see my load order maybe its bad
