I just purchased Fallout for the PC at my local Best Buy.
I put it in my DVD drive, and it asked my to purchase the product again.

I noticed in the bottom right corner, "Already paid? Click here."
Doing so I now noticed they requested me to enter a email and activation key.

Looking in my case that Fallout 3 came with, I noticed NO key.

Panicking, I looked everywhere for an activation key, in the case the manual, on the disk, hidden under the paper on the front of the case, my receipt, everywhere.

I then noticed "Do not have activation key? Click here"
I clicked on it and they wanted an email and Credit Card number.

I entered both and get this "No Purchase Record Found"

Can ANYBODY explain to me what the hell is going on? I do not know where to get an activation key, I have called both Bethesda AND Best Buy and they both were closed.
I usually like to be the know-it-all guy but at this point, I am beyond confused.
Is this just an unlucky day or am I missing something?

I will greatly appreciate any help AT ALL.

It's on the back of the manual. Look at the bottom of the back, there should be a white box with a key printed on it.

Pre-owned?
Was it sealed when you got it.

I could see people just keeping the manuals to games aside, as quite a few games can be activated by Steam and/or re-downloaded if you contact the developers.
