Gamesaves Fallout 3 Lag

I was playing fallout and i decided to spawn a couple deathclaws, so i did and killed them all and now the game is laggy. I cleared the system cache but it still lags. Please help

Once you mod your save then it will most likely become laggy. Try saving it to your hard drive. And this isn't a game save, post in the right section next time plox

Trying re-saving it in a new slot then reloading it, worked for mine with loads of stuff spawned, no lag at all.
