I currently have a Falcon V3 that originally worked, however, I recently got 0022. I checked the CPU_RST and it was grounded, so I pulled out another falcon and it read 5.62 KOhms from CPU_RST to GND.

Did I blow a diode or a resistor in the CPU? What can I do to fix this?
(I have a spare CPU from a Falcon V1 that is intact that I could possibly use)

I would recommend not swapping the entire CPU. Sounds like more trouble than it is worth. Unless you have something like NiNJA lifetime.

NiNJA is tied to your CPUkey.

I Guess I'll go find another Falcon V3.

Try desoldering it from the glitch chip and testing the resistance again.
