Solved Falcon RGH 1.2 Not Booting Matrix Glitcher

Hello, I can't seem to get my Falcon to boot into xell. I am using a Matrix Glitcher and my soldering seems to be good, but the Matrix Glitcher just flashes the LED forever and never boots into xell. I flashed the rgh12_21 to the chip as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Apparently I was following the wrong documentation so I had a few points wrong. I re soldering all the correct points that you linked above and now the matrix glitcher doesn't even flash when I boot the console.
