Solved Error when selling duped car

Every time I try to sell a duped car I get an error that reads the following: Transaction failed because inventory or price data is invalid. Please reboot game to refresh the game catalog and try again.

Does this mean I have been caught and essentially **** out of luck

Any help is appreciated thanks.

What Platform are you on?

Edit: If you are on on PC you need to delete the Social Club folder under My Documents. If you are on console you need to clear the cahce, do it while the game isn't running.
