Solved Eject button not working

been in this console for at least 30 minutes changing the plastic eject buttons and none work I here the click but nothing, drive eject fine when I open it using the dashboard (y) button option

Any ideas?

Mine does this too. I've tried fixing it but to no avail. I think it's something in the circuitry :/
