What's the easiest way to rank up?
I'm currently at rank 2 and it feels like i will never rank up...
I'm not real into all the messing with the router stuff.
but if u wanna tell me how that'd be great.
Look around on the forum, there ARE tuts.
Are you serious? THERE IS A WHOLE THREAD DEDICATED TO THIS!!! 100's of posts, maybe even 1,000's. Look in the bridging section. Sheesh
Bridging host and standbying is the easiest way to rank up, but I doubt you'd get to rank 5 unless you start a fresh account. I gave up trying to get to 5 because of the new ranking system in TU3, and I have at least 25-50+ more wins than losses in every playlist, so good luck trying to get to 5.
yeah theres an entire section dedicated to bridging.
if you tell me how your hardware is hooked up i can direct you to the right thread to save you some time.
Me and my friend can get u a 5 bar garunteed!!!
$10 Paypal AFTER u get the 5!
It's against the rules to charge on this website...
but wastes ur's...
im just trying to help the guy.
whats wrong with that?
so what if it takes two minutes of my time.
Hey, thanks for trying to help out. I can't get to everyone, it's just impossible to do it. I can use all the help I can get. So to some it up, Thanks!
Yes I HAVE seen the whole bridging/host quit section, but I didn't understand it very well so I made this thread to see if there was any other possible ways. Is that so bad?
P.S. I have a direct connection from a EtherFast Cable/DSL Router (Linksys)
My computer is on the other whole side of the house so we have the ethernet cable that is hooked up to my xbox running through the attic to my room.
so if you can work me in the right direction from there, that'd be great!
if you have a direct connection to your router then you should check out teh phelix's thread.
its a great tutorial and you should be able to get your bridge up in no time.
but if you need any help feel free to pm me or teh phelix.
im not the guru of bridging but i can probably help you out.
Sounds good i'll definitely check this out.
