Alright, My online pass was used? i just got the game, Limited editon.. how do i get them to reimbursh meh if they dont have online chat anymore? and i cant find a phone number anywhere..

OP: Try calling MS and telling them the issue and try getting the number from them or goto the Contact Us at the bottom of the EA website.

Just being honest... I highly doubt it.

But in the event that its true, Google "EA Support" and give them a call.

If this is true then you should go back to the store you bought it from (if not ordered online) and tell them as well. They can give you another copy/new code if they are stupid
