Okay so i go to my retail xbox today and i turn it on.

I start talking to a couple friends and realize im not on CoD4 like i should be.

I open the disk tray and push it back in, the laser starts up, stops, then the disk spins, stops, and the laser starts again for like a fraction of a second.

I haven't found anything that would help me with this, so if you could lead me to what i can do that would be very helpful.

P.S. I have my xbox opened so thats not a problem, Thanks!

No idea what a PCB is, and i don't think it's the laser. I have a feeling it might be the motor. And i don't wanna spend money on a new drive. Is there any other way to fix it?
