No, you must use dotnetbar. I'm not really understanding what your asking, so correct me if I'm wrong.

I know that I need to use dotnetbar to change it to those colors but I just want to do it with a OfficeForm not RibbonForm. I can get it to turn blue but I can't get it to do any other color without using the RibbonForm. So I want to know how to do it in a OfficeForm.

Have you tried changing the color of the RibbonForm then deleting it and seeing if the color stays?

I don't think that does work. Close out of your project then open it back up then rebuild.
