Derp.

1. Delete both saved squads.
2. Restart the game
3. Download online squads by joining a normal quick ranked match
4. Go to my fifa 11 and edit the players stats to whatever
5. Go to lobbies
6. Create a match then when the option to pick teams appears leave
7. Quickly create a new match as soon as you leave

Meh, found it another site but here you go anyways

Create the squad you want, then save it. Go into a ranked match with downloaded squads quickly back out and then re-enter.

Had a little poke about and found this from Matt it's the only thing i could find close to a TuT however this may be for the PS3 version. There are a few people on here that know how to do it.
