Solved dllhost.exe 32 Running CPU Too High

So I had this going on for a little wile now maybe a week and my pc is running like **** and I cant seem to find any easy way of removing the virus that I think has casued it I downloaded 4 anti spyware tools and scanned everything even downloaded CCleaner and nothing changed heres a picture of what im talking about http://prntscr.com/504ypl I hope someone here can help me.

Did you try Malwarebytes?

Right click it in task manager and click "open file location" or something like that and try to see which one is the legit exe and delete the ones that are in the wrong folder.

Yes I did and you can't delete it due to the computer needs it

Well I'm not saying delete the legitimate exe. I'm saying there might be a virus using the same name to disguise itself as the legit exe. That or it could be the legit exe running malicious dlls. If it were me I'd just back my stuff up to an external hard drive and fresh install, but you could try using a program to find out what dlls are being run:
