Discussion Difference Between a "Clutch" and an "Ace"?

I hear many people confusing the terms to the point of where I do not even know the difference. I would appreciate it somebody could please explain what they are, the difference, and give some examples. Thanks.

clutch is where you are the only one left and you kill them.
ace is where you kill them all with your teamates being alive

Ace: You kill their entire team with 1 or more team members still alive, this is usually referred to on SnD.

Clutch: You kill the remaining members of their team usually (3+) when you're last alive. Also a term used in SnD.

Ace-killing everyone
Clutch-Killing 3 or more people when you are the last person

Examples:
Ace - Shooting a nob tube across the map and killing all 6 people
Clutch - Being the last one, kill everyone, defuse the bomb
