Discussion Der Riese: How do you skip dog rounds?

ok uhm, i know you may say "why skip dog rounds there awesome?" well i gotta say i dont give a ****, i want to skip them anyway, is there a way of disabling dogs aswell as zombies, i know to disable zombies is g_ai - 0/g_spawnai - 0 but is there one for dogs?

whats the one so dogs dont spawn? they didnt spawn, but the rounds didnt go up :S i want it so rounds go up :S

Yeah the zombies dont spawn but when it gets to dog rounds the dogs do not spawn but the round just stays on the dog round and doesnt go up, and as of what I know there is no way of changing it :thumbdown:

Sorry I'm not much help, as this has never been of interest to me. What if you hex in fast rounds w/ the ai spawn 0's. Then you wouldn't have to play at all...sounds like a blast.

fast timescale w/ no respawn doesn't work for hell hound ~

I don't recall saying anything about timescale or dvars...you can hex fast rounds with a zombie save. You would need to change the following AS WELL as timescale:

.0.....zombie_round_time
.0.....zombie_between_round_time
.0.....zombie_intermission_time
.0.....zombie_spawn_delay
.0.....zombie_max_ai
.0.....zombie_ai_per_player

Of course this is changing the hex values, not text. I trust you know what I'm saying. Have at it.

yeah but that's only for zombies. not for hell hound.

You can't make the dog rounds go much faster then 4 min a piece even with mods, it's just the way they're coded in.
