Working Daily Sell Limit for Personal Vehicles

Hello. I'm guessing I'm in the offenders cap 2 unfortunately. I didn't particularly know the details about it as so little youtubers mention it. I knew that the amount of cars bring sold reduces, but I didn't realise about the cap thing.

A 4 days ago coming back from a long break (4/5 months) I sold a few cars none duped and reached the daily limit only 3 cars, and couldn't sell any for the next 3.5 days and I can only sell 1 now.

I'm I in this state for 9 months now? Sorry if this isn't the right place to ask, just want some clarification.

try 1 every 30 hours after a week see if you can sell 2, if you cant then yes you are stuck for 9months

I've been in the 1 car a day club for about a week now, but from yesterday I've now been able to sell 2 cars every 30 hours, I'm not sure why, but thats what's happening to me. BTW this is my first post on here so sorry if this has already been figured out.

If I do manage to sell 2 cars after a week, what should I do? Should I just keep selling 2 cars? Is this the normal stage where I can sell 3 cars but should only sell 2 car to not hit the limit?

So I have about 15 dirty dupes and I didn't change the plates and I'm pretty sure I'm in RepeatCapOffender level 2 because the game only let me sell 1 per 30 hour period, so I waited more than 60 hours to sell again, it will let me sell 2 this time (only sold 1). Could this be a possible way to climb out of my position?

It sucks I come back after not playing a while and decided to sell my duped cars not realising there was caps in place tried to sell one after the other and now can only sell one every 30 hours am I stuck like this for 9 months?

I have 9 dupe cars having a same generic car plates and I can NOT change to a custom plate. What should I do on those cars? Because I get a daily limit yesterday and I Guess I sold a dirty's dupe car
I also have other dupe cars from car wash method. All of it have different generic car plates and CAN change to custom plates.
I do NOT have any Cap now. Can still selling 8cars per day. How should I do with those 9 dupe cars?

Quick question for anyone who may know.

Yesterday stupidly I sold a Ruston I had in my garage with a dupe plate I made in ifruit around the time of the MC duping and dirty dupe days.
I immediately got the you have reached your daily limit message when I went to sell one of my clean Elegy retro customs.
I have previously been on the level 2 or 3 daily cap.
Am I in the repeat offender space now because of the blacklisted number plate?

THRESHOLD_NO_OF_MINUTES is now set to 60 minutes.
Don't sell more than 3 cars within 60 minutes.

Can you raise your daily limit by selling personal vehicles which are not dupes? In other words, buying cheap faggio's and selling a few of them every 30 hours to raise the limit.

I am so confused so please hear me out..

Ok back in the days of dirty dupes I created a numberplate in ifruit to match one of my dirtys.
I didn't clean any elegys but as I ordered it for my Ruston the next time I loaded on and drove it to LSC the number plate was changed to this dirty plate combo on the Ruston.
After doing this at some stage my ability to change the Rustons plates at LSC to my clean personalised plates disappeared for this car. I could only choose the colour and style

So 2 days ago I stupidly sold the Ruston as I was sick of not having my personal plate on it and bang after that I couldn't sell another car for 30 hours.

I previously had been sitting between cap level 2 and 3 for about 6 months

I thought for sure that I was a repeat cap offender level 2 but today I loaded up sold one Elegy and rang for another and was able to sell it (I didn't though).

Not sure if there is an answer but I am wtf is going on !!

EDIT UPDATE - have sold 4 within the this 30 hour period now after being on 1 the previous 30

Ok so weird situation:
Been selling one car every 30 hours for like 3 weeks now. Well 2 of my buddies and I were playing tonight and were doing the GC2F glitch and randomly my buddy that's only been selling one a day for a week (sold about 7 dirty dupes total) thought of overwriting an order for plates from iFruit just to see what happens.. low and behold he says his plates option came back! So my other buddy try's the same thing. And guess what?? His plate options were back too! So I was like "no way bros let me try that sh*t!" And the unimaginable happens and my order was waiting for me when I pulled into LSC.

So three dudes playing all on the same night, each having sold their fair share of dirty dupes, have been selling 1 car every 30 hours for different amounts of time all get there plate options back on the same day. If that's not coincidental I don't know what is lol kinda wondering if something's changed or all 3 of us are extremely lucky

There is something going on here.. My post above yours is the same, it goes against the past actions of the selling cap

You couldve sold a dirty dupe, if so, then no.

Has anyone else got their custom plate option back? What changed? I gave up on my plate option weeks ago. Tried selling a clean every 30 hours for weeks with no luck.
