Unsolved Cydia Just Wont Open

Cydia just keeps crashing for me I have tried 5000+ times and it just wont open instant crash. I am on IOS 10.1.1 GSM . What should I do I aint gonna update.

No I have never gotten Cydia to open at all.

The Yalu app that Jailbreaks iOS 10.2 doesn't work for 10.1.1 for some weird reason even though it says it does.
