Solved Custom COD 5 Mod Menu?

I am looking for a tutorial or a program to be able to create 100% my own custom mod menu. Does anyone happen to know where to find one? I've searched everywhere and it's people posting actual menus please help me.

Your best off leeching a menu/custom lobby and learn how to add your own stuff to it before attempting to make your own, a simple program like FF viewer can help you there, and you should also do "Help with Custom COD5 menu" or a "?" at the end of your topic title so it doesn't confuse people with you making a release, because some people are dedicated to helping you and others are just leechers.
