I am trying to do a custom boot logo and I've done everything correctly, but this is what comes up

Out of curiosity, which guide did you follow to get it done?

UPDATE:

I've now tried two separate boot logos, still same issue, gonna keep troubleshooting  
UPDATE #2:

I can run the .xex without it being in the dashlaunch.ini and it'll load the boot logo and play it and once it's finish, return it to the dashboard, so I am guessing it is something with the dashlaunch failing to load it...

UPDATE #3:

So I thought it might of been cause I don't have FSD as a default dash, so I tried editing the dashlaunch.ini to

; Default is what loads when you hold no buttons
; leave this blank if you want NXE as default
Default = Hdd:\FSD\default.xex

and the same issue above happened, just a prompt menu that leads no where....any ideas?

Im not sure. I never tired this. You might have to dig deeper on this.

It's gotta be something with the .ini file not loading correctly

It works now:

SOLUTION:

In the dashlaunch 3.15v, there is a fakeanim path option, do it from there, not from the .ini file.
