I was banned from earning credits does anybody know how to remove this I have heard that you can but I am just wondering.

You can't bypass it. Just wait it out.

I believe if you custom challenge boost you still can gain credits.

You have to wait until they actually give you the credits.

If you get banned, you can still earn credits by doing custom challenges. Look on the Credit farming/boosting thread. There should be enough information there to help you get set up with Custom challenges.
