I know its stupid but is it possible to make your own xbox from scratch? Using there software or whatever on it. Not even going to attempt it just wondering, how much would it cost if its possible do you think?

Draw a big X on a cardboard box. Make a couple holes to plug in cords. and you have a homemade X box. And cant forget to add a hamster and wheel inside for power...

If you are wanting something custom though this would probably be the way to go. Engadget built a Xbox 360 laptop! And listed all the parts, etc. It is monstrous and in no way a practical portable device IMO, LOL...but, still something custom that maybe only a few people in the world would have.
