thats retarded, what would a dev kit do?
a dev kit could run xex's that are resigned with the dev kit key pair, then it cant be resigned for the stock 360 cause we dont know the keys
please use the search button and research for yourself

    no
unless it was a modded 360
if not it wouldnt work because it couldnt run unsigned code like the dev kit

    the dev kit doesnt resign
its just allowed to run unsigned code

kid you dont know what you are talking about, Dev Kits DONT run unsigned code, it runs xexs that have been signed with the Dev Kit key pair for xex's WHICH IS PUBLIC because its given to the developers when they buy the Dev licence
Dev Kits DONT run unsigned code
    topic solved
