Discussion corrupt game save?

I was play solo legendary to go for achievements. I got to the level called "The Package" finished the level. and it said achievement unlocked. So then it brought me back tot he game lobby then i when to to look at my achievement library and it tells me 0 gamerscore. So i signed out then back in. and it reset everything. Except my rank. But my emblem armor etc... gone. and it says i have no levels beat on legendary now and i don't have the achievements.. has this happened to anyone else?

i signed out then back in and its fine now? but the whole game pretty much reset...

that happened to me onces. i was play online co op and played 2 levels, but i didn't get the credit or achievements for them. after recovering my account i had to fix the armor on my spartan, but everything was still unlocked. only bad thing was that the 5 lvl's i did on legendary solo were deleted, so i had to start over.
