hello,
i recently got my Pre-Programmed coolrunner rev c in the mail, and i want to rgh2 my Big Block 512 Jasper Xbox 360,

ok, so ive been looking up on the internet, and i see on pictures of installing coolrunners you have to short the JP connections and a few others on the Actual Coolrunner itself?? ive watched people in videos and no one mentions this?? am i supposed to do this, does it matter or will it effect it if i dont?

i am going to rgh2 my console on dash 16747, i have a JRprogrammer V2 and a Coolrunner rev C.

so to RGH..
First do i read the nand, then get copies of it
create an ecc.
install my pre programmed coolrunner to the xbox,
then write ecc.
etc. etc.

please help

You can write the ecc before you connect the CR if better for you

And for jaspers you just need the CAP on the CR to be bridged thats the only difference

you can remove the resistor on JP and resistor on 2-3 on the CR

try bridging them and them unbridged see whats best for you

REV C are not very good on jasper RGH2 i advise the r-jtag

Do you necessarily need to bridge JP and 2-3 for a jasper? What's the difference if they are and aren't bridged?
