Solved Console has no video but has sound....no rrod.

Is it possible to fix the video on it to grab the CPU seeing as its JTAGable...?
sound works, no RROD, but video doesnt show up on tv
please!
an idea is that the xclamp on the video card came off makeing it loose to the board but im not sure.
please message me back as i would like to host one final lobby before april 6th.

X-CLAMP is definitely the way forward. What you have described is usually the early signs of the RROD.
