connecting xbox to computer

    instead of having an HDD, would it be possible to connect a Sata cable if you will, to an external hard drive ?

    Ya you can use your own type of drive but it cant be more than 120gigs and you have to do other **** to it.

    so i would have to reformat it. could i then save the game to the hdd and play with out the disc ?

    No. You can't put games on your Hard drive manually. Do it through NXE.
