So upstairs i have a computer.
today there was a massive power surge
it blew my backup generator and took out my pc.
i replace the PSU and it still won't turn on.
WOOO
so what do you think it is?
my dad insists on taking it to get repaired but it is honestly not worth it. we are taking it anyway.
but before i go to a nerds worst nightmare.. repair help .. what do you suggest I try?

i love the views and responses i get to my ****.

Welcome to the Apple Store - Apple Store (U.S.)

To actually help you, you probably can't fix it without some serious professional help. There's probably a ton of static in it to, so be careful with it when you carry it around (which you should probably be doing anyways )

Could be your mobo if you don't get anything when you try to turn it on

Any lights/noises/anything when you push power? Sure you installed the PSU correctly?

You probably fried the mobo. When it surged it probably sent an unrestricted amount of electricity into the components.
