Not all of them are bad. I know people that get them and have no troubles at all. Seems as though it luck of the draw when it comes to Chinese kits.

They're consume waste, sent to china to be destroyed. You can buy them from Chinese trade sites for dirt cheep (price can vary from $100.00-$300.00 with shipping and agent included.) and have a fully-functional XDK. Downside it most of them are fixed so cheaply that they are not expected to last a month. Don't let that deter you though, there are some people who have had theirs for a few years.
