I know this is old but didnt see one on Se7ensins so decided to make a tutorial.

First download resource hacker from [Click here to view the link]
Open up resource hacker and open explorer.exe found at C:\Windows\explorer.exe
MAKE SURE TO BACK UP Explorer.exe FIRST!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Go to string 37 then click the folder inside it. Now on the text to the right you should see the word start. Change it to what you want then click Compile Script then save as NOT SAVE and save it to C:\Windows.

Now close out of resource hacker and open regedit by typing regedit into the "Run" program found in the start menu. go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\ [Click here to view the link]\ Microsoft\ Windows NT\ CurrentVersion\ Winlogon and dould click "Shell" change the Value data to what you just saved your altered Explorer.exe as and click Ok. close out of regedit restart your system and enjoy your custom start bar

I just found a program that does this wayy easier but it doesnt fit as many letters. I just tried it and it worked . Virus scanner didnt find anyting wrong either

find it here [Click here to view the link]
