Unsolved CCAPI Question

Hallo guys,
I have a question,
I have a jailbroken ps3 4.76,
But i cant run ccapi on my ps3 anymore because it doesnt support the frimware 4.76. But can i still mod a call of duty ( for example mw3 ) with an eboot without getting banned, because a friend told me that if i want to hack a cod i need go have ccapi.
Can somebody help me please?

You can use Psn patch to disable your CFW to make it look like a OFW. Click here for PSN Patch Or you can downgrade back to 3.55 and update to Rebug 4.65 then you can use CCAPI 2.60 (Rev6)
