Which one is the best value for it's performance?
The dazzle, cheap, good quality
I agree.. Dazzle.
Does it hook right up with your computer and 360?
Yes, but you would need av splitters and cables if you want to play while you record
The Dazzle is the best for under $100... But as said by Xpargas you will need AV Splitters to play on both at the same time.
If you are willing to go bigger, you can get an HD Capture card for about $200-205..
$200 for a Black Magic Intensity [HDMI Only]
$205 for a Hauppauge HD PVR [Composite/S-Video]
Both can capture in up to 1080i, really just depends if you have an Xbox360 with the Composite Cables or one with HDMI... Also, these come with an output that goes back to your TV, so you record/play in HD...
Also, usually to be able to capture in HD on your PC you would have to have at least a Dual Core Processor..
Alright because I use my HDMI cables to do it.
Or you could go for the cheap option and get a EasyCap.
Capture test (forgot to put sound capture on):

Make sure you get a DC60+ to record PAL 60 or NTSC 433.
Haha but I want one that's the best for it's price.
