Solved Can't turn off ISO mods

I hotswapped modded CoD5 and installed it to my hard drive. I had some fun, but then I got to a mission where I couldn't move, so I wanted to take the mods off. I deleted it from my hard drive, but they're still on. I hear my regular disk spinning, so I don't know why they're still on. Suggestions?

The game caches the gfx to the hdd, so clear your cache.
