Solved Cant see whole menu

I might of posted it in the wrong section but I wanna try and sort it out so I get a menu or something to mod in game when I open the menu or whatever it is I cant see all the writing I know its not just that cod it does it on other cods could it be my Video settings on my xbox or what it kind of annoying
And I'm on a HDMI cable.
If it is the Settings could you tell me your settings.

Don't the menus go off the Safe Zone settings in CoD? I could be wrong, but if you change those, it may fix your problem.

Ill try that but I really don't think it is that as I tried it on mw3 with a off host menu.

If you're using A/V cables, switch to an HDMI. If you're using HDMI, switch to A/V. Oddly enough, a couple of times this has helped me properly see menu's.
