Solved Can't invite anyone to my private lobby?

For some reason I cannot invite anyone to my private sessions?
Iv'e completed the tutorial and stuff properly but for some reason I cannot invite anybody?

I got banned on one of my accounts yesterday but I made a new account but yet still cannot invite anyone?

Are You Sure You Done It Because you still need walk into blue circle and when everything shows up on maps then you can play and interact
