Hi guys.

I have done 10s of RGHsbut I dont consider myself a real pro, as I came late to the RGH show, I was more into drive FW and PS3 downgrades/ PS2 Modchips back in the day. But myexperience/soldering skills are quite advanced.

I'm having trouble with remapping some bad NAND blocks that are essential for Xell to boot. I now have 2 consoles with the same issue, the glitch works fine, soldering top notch but never got Xell to boot and the number 1 reason is those bad block.

Can anyone help me with creating an ECC image with remapped bad blocks? I have seen a tutorial by Martin but it seems to me quite complicated as I'm lacking some old time NAND creation skills. It would be way faster for someone who is familiar with the process. I can upload the NANDs of both consoles.

Thanx in advance

Thanks for your reply. I coulndt find any similar or recent version of the Jtag tool app. All links are from early 2010s and well dead. Also, I'm not sure it will fix my issue as J-runner does automatically remap bad blocks but not for the ecc image.
