Solved Can't connect to XL after swapping KV's

I swapped KV's and my xbox won't let me connect to XBL.
Network: Connected
Internet: Failed
Xbox Live: Blocked
I'm using Offline Files if that has anything to do with it?

Have you checked if live block and live strong is enabled in dashlaunch?

XeNoN and edge are to different offline files and xenon was good in the last dash not sure about no as I'm on infernus and I haven't been kv banned since the release of the new dash

i have a problem i have update the dash with xebuild 17489 but when i go on xbox live with new infernus 17489 appears me a message that i need to update to go on live. i don't know why because iam already on the new dash

When Xbox live is blocked i believe it's either because your console banned, or live strong and live block are enabled.

KV says it's unbanned and those are both disabled

We can not discuss servers/offline files nor kv sellers in non premium sections, so youtube is your better bet.
do NOT pay for offline files, ever.
