Remove XRPC and add JRPC2 and what it the specific error message you get when trying to use Jiggy?

Don't really know then.
Can you answer this tho?
Unhandled exception occured in your application..... Retrieving the COM class factory for component with CSLID ..... the specified module could not be found

Open the "details" as well, but yeah, I don't really know why it's doing that for you.
Maybe completely replacing your plugins or something could be worth a try.

Have tools ever worked for you before?
Did you do something to make them not work?
Fixed it had to reinstall neighbourhood
