It can be BPL, La Liga, Spain, etc. If you want, you can make a hybrid.
One thing... if you make a BPL one, the squad must have Hazard. If you make a Brazil one, have Neymar in it.
Use a good formation, but nothing too expensive (preferably a 3-5-2).
