Can someone lend me a LEVEL 100 ACCOUNT?

Hi, I was just wondering if somebody has a dummy account with level 100 on GoW 2. I just need the level 100 achievement and nothing else, so that's all I ask for.

Can help with other achievements or whatever. Just want this achievement. Please help me.

Yes, 23 or higher or else you won't find the conversion of your XP in hex, meaning it won't work. I don't know why but for some reason as soon as you hit 23 it works.
