Yes, you can RGH it.

If it has an Internal 4GB Memory, then it's a Corona v4 - if it doesn't, and came with a hard drive, then it's a v3.

I'd recommend using the Ace v3 to RGH it.

Yes you can rgh a corona but you might need a few tools depending on your type of corona

If its a 16MB nand you will need a jrp(jr programmer v2) to read it
If it is a 4GB you will need a 4gb nand r+w tool
You may also need a post fix as they removed post out on later versions of the corona
The only real way to determine this is to open your 360 and carefully take the heat sink off
Then looks for these traces:

If its like the 3,4,5 etc you will need a post fix

You'd also need something like a matrix(make sure to get the one with the crystal) or ace v3

Where do I find the updates as I assume you can’t just update over live or it will be latest version lol?

The latest version is fine. You will find the updates online, or via Jr runner. And can update via USB stick. The latest is 17526, and every this already available for rgh etc. If you need any help give me a shout.

That's a Trinity as well. For glitch chips matrix and ace are probably the best choices. I hear a lot of people saying good things about matrix chips but have never used them myself. I've done trinity's with both the ace v3 and v5 and both work great. The v5 has more wires to solder but it performs pretty well and doesn't need to be programmed.
