As above please,

The CPU cooler pictured below is the same size and dimensions as the single large heatsink,
obviously id have a hole in the case above the fan.

If it is the same dimensions as the large heatsink, then yes, you will be able to replace your heatsink with that. However, does that have four bottom screws that can be screwed on thru the bottom of the motherboard? If so then you should be good to go. You dont really need it, it would just keep it more secure.

You will have to drill and tap holes into the heatsink. An M5 tap and a 4.2mm drill shoould do the job.
Or you could bang in some pilot holes and get some self-tapping screws.
