Then you will need RPC.xex and JRPC2.xex as dashlaunch plugins.

Umm, not not sure what types of mod menus people are making for Ghosts.
Haven't touched Ghosts since like TU6.
But it's most likely going to be a .dll mod menu, or a .xex mod menu.

Show me a mod menu you'd like to install, so I can most likely tell you how to do it.
