Hi! 
I decided [out of boredom] to use overviews of maps to show everyone spawn glitches on all maps. Minus Bog. Because Bog sucks and I don't know of one. And if for some reason I missed a map, leave a comment and I'll fix it up
Also note that the order of "suggested weapons" goes as follows:
Shotgun : SMG : LMG : Rifle : Sniper

Personal Glitch Rating: 7/10
Suggested Weapons: LMG+
Description: The Killer stands next to the turret in construction building, the Killed jumps on top of whatever car is in front of them. Very difficult to get SMG headshots here.
Countdown
Personal Glitch Rating: 9.5/10
Suggested Weapons: All
Description: The Killer stands on one of those big panels, on top of the wheels, and aims at the doorway, the Killed just has to walk into the doorway from the Hangar.
Crash
Personal Glitch Rating 6/10
Suggested Weapons: SMG+
Description: The Killer stands on or near the closest-to-wall barrier. The Killed has to walk to the doorway on the right down the alley. Occasionally they will spawn near SnD B overlook. Unfortunately, there is a decent amount of walking.
Crossfire
Personal Glitch Rating: 7/10
Suggested Weapons: SMG+
Description: In the corner of the map, the Killer stands on top of a pile of crates, and aims down the street. The Killed doesn't have a lot of walking to do. Definitely replace silencers for red-dot if using an SMG. I also suggest the Killer not using shotguns here.

Description: The Killer needs to hang-out in the corner of the well courtyard. The Killed has a few spawn points and will have a fair ammount of running to do.

Description: Really this doesn't need a description. To use the glitch in the image, I suggest something that is very pin point accurate. I would also suggest Deep Impact. You can see the tops of their heads as they spawn, in between the two crates on both sides. Or you can just run into the middle.

Description: In the corner is an opened weaved basket the Killer needs to stand behind. The Killed spawn down the walkway. Very simple.

Suggested Weapons: SMG+
Description: The Killer stands on top of the small structure, with spawns behind the crates on the right, and left. Very quick for sniper / rifle boosting.
