Unsolved Buying Jailbroken Ps3

Hi guys I currently own a ps3 thats on the latest firmware. I am getting about 230 dollars from selling some stuff is that enough to buy a jailbroken ps3.
Question 1: Do i need to ps3s one on 3.55 firmware and latest firmware
Question 2: Is it hard to mod
question 3: can someone sell me a jailbroken ps3 for around 200
question 4: If i do get one can someone walk me through how to do every thing
