    Ok, heres my setup...

I Have a windows XP WIRELESSLY connected to a liksys router.

My Xbo 360 is wired to my router.
I have tried every bridging tutorial and have NEVER been host once, even by chance.

    What am I doing wrong?

If you want to help me my Gamertag is RockerThug.

I could really use help with this.

you need to connect your xbox 360 to your computer, then bridge the wireless and LAN connections.

I've tried methods, but I don't know for sure if I'm the host. I go by the sign that if blood splatters on my screen when I die/get shot, etc that I'm host. If so, then it works for me.

I have a modem and router in-one [my modem and router are one box]. My computer is hooked wired to my router/modem and my Xbox is also hooked up through a wired connection.

Ok I just contacted a few people through Xbox Live and they all made it clear that for this to work I have to have my Router hooked up to my computer hooked up to my Xbox.

I can't really do that, considering I don't own a laptop and the nearest computer is a good 30 feet away from both my router and Xbox.

One of them did say, however, that I should be able to do it directly through my router, but he didn't really specify.

Would I be able to access my router through my computer and make it work?

Sorry, that didnt come out the way I though
