Solved Bookmarking PS3 Jobs on Xbox 360 via Socialclub?!

So, as the title says, does anybody know how I would go about bookmarking a PS3-created job via the social club onto my Xbox 360? Simply changing the ?platformId=2 at the end to ?platformId=1 doesn't seem to be working.

I'd really appreciate some help with this.
